Job summary

W&S Plastics Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a Process Engineer/Supervisor - Assembly to optimise our assembly operations and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This full-time role bridges engineering and operations to keep lines productive, safe and quality-focused.

The ideal candidate will lead a night shift in an ISO 7 cleanroom, manage multi-skilled operators, and implement Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and downtime while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in assembly manufacturing line.
• Solid knowledge of assembly processes, tooling, fixtures and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage night shift assembly operation in an ISO 7 cleanroom.
• Maintain 100% DIFOT and timely job orders.
• Use root cause analysis to minimise defects and DPPM.
