Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Night Duty Manager to assist in the smooth operation of the Front Office during the night shift, aligning with Hyatt's standards. You will support the Front Office Manager and ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and service recovery.

The role acts as the main point of contact for guest concerns and emergencies, providing leadership to the Front Office team and overseeing night audit and related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• University degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management preferred.
• Experience as Night Manager or Duty Manager in luxury hotels preferred.
• Strong understanding of Front Office operations, including Front Desk and guest relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in efficient operation of the Front Office during the night shift.
• Support Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overnight operations.
• Serve as primary contact during the night for guest concerns and emergencies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Front Office team.
• Oversee completion of night audit and related administrative duties.
