Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Duty Manager (Night) to assist in the efficient operation of the Front Office during the night shift, aligning with Hyatt's brand standards and guest expectations.

You will support the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager, oversee overnight operations, handle guest concerns, service recovery, emergencies, and ensure night audit and related administrative duties are completed with leadership and integrity.

Qualifications

• Malaysian Citizens or Permanent Residents only per work permit rules.
• University degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management preferred.
• Experience as Night Manager or Duty Manager in luxury hotels preferred.
• Strong understanding of Front Office operations, including Front Desk and guest relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient operation of the Front Office during the night shift.
• Support the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overnight operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, service recovery, and emergencies at night.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Front Office team.
• Oversee night audit and related administrative duties, ensuring standards are met.
