Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a fresh engineer in Bayan Lepas, Penang, to contribute to the design and development of advanced communication products. You will work on RF/Controller design, simulations, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and testing in a collaborative team.

Job Description

• Handle design and development of highly sophisticated communication products.
• Handle RF/Controller design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and test activities associated with product development.
• Construction of prototypes or proof of concepts for purposes of testing circuit designs as needed, using workbench tools and test equipment.
• Ensure product compliance to reliability and regulatory standards.

Basic Requirements

• At least a Bachelor degree majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills and inter team coordination skills.
• Able to communicate & present conceptual ideas to technical audiences.
• Good in analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to multi-task, analytical, self motivated and a good team player.
• Knowledge in ADS simulation tools and PCB layout is an added advantage.
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
