Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a New Grad in the Advanced Technology group to design, develop, and optimize two-way radio antennas for current and future products. You will perform RF simulations and circuit design to meet performance specs, and validate designs with RF laboratory testing.

You will ensure compliance with reliability benchmarks and regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate antennas into hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in RF/Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Strong RF fundamentals and antenna design knowledge.
• Hands-on with RF simulation software (ADS/CST) is a plus.
• Experience with RF test equipment (network, spectrum analyzers, generators, scopes, CMW testers).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize two-way radio antennas for company products.
• Perform RF simulations and circuit design to meet specifications.
• Conduct validation and hands-on testing of antenna designs using RF lab equipment.
• Ensure antenna/RF designs comply with internal reliability benchmarks and regulatory standards.
