Job summary

Qualifications

Advanced Technology Job Description

Design, develop, and optimize two-way radio antennas for all company products. Perform RF simulations and circuit design to meet product performance specifications. Conduct validation and hands-on testing of antenna designs using RF laboratory equipment. Ensure all antenna and RF designs comply with internal reliability benchmarks and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna designs into product hardware.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in RF, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Good theoretical foundation in RF fundamentals and antenna design principles. Hands-on experience with simulation software, such as ADS, CST, or similar tool will be added advantage Good in using RF test equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and CMW testers. Strong communication skills, good team spirit, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
