Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a New Grad Electrical/Electronic/Communication engineer to support audio accessories, RF and digital sub-circuit design, and product certification. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test communication systems including infrastructure, subscribers and accessories.

Responsibilities include modeling and simulating RF and SI analyses using ADS, CST and Cadence SI tools, and preparing PCB layouts for fabrication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Communication Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Foundational understanding of RF, digital controller, and audio technology fields.
• Familiar with soldering and rework.
• Familiar with equipment such as power supply, signal generator, audio analyzer.
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support audio accessories EE product design for wired and wireless accessories.
• Supports products system design, testing, submission, regulatory and certification.
• Require to perform Audio/Digital/RF sub-circuit design test certification and simulation.
• Utilize Modeling & Simulation Software to create and evaluate designs, including RF simulation in ADS and Digital Signal Integrity simulation in CST and Cadence SI tool, prior to releasing the PCB layout Gerber for fabrication.
• Work with a team of highly-qualified engineers to generate innovative ideas and design communication systems which include infrastructure, subscribers and accessories that meet customer requirements.
• Engineers will be working on sub-circuits that consist of RF, digital controller, power and audio circuits.
