Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a New Grad in the Advanced Technology group to design, develop, and optimize two-way radio antennas for current and future products. You will perform RF simulations and circuit design to meet performance specs, and validate designs with RF laboratory testing.

You will ensure compliance with reliability benchmarks and regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate antennas into hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in RF/Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Strong RF fundamentals and antenna design knowledge.
• Hands-on with RF simulation software (ADS/CST) is a plus.
• Experience with RF test equipment (network, spectrum analyzers, generators, scopes, CMW testers).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and optimize two-way radio antennas for all company products.
• Perform RF simulations and circuit design to meet product performance specifications.
• Conduct validation and hands‑on testing of antenna designs using RF laboratory equipment.
• Ensure all antenna and RF designs comply with internal reliability benchmarks and regulatory standards.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in RF, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Good theoretical foundation in RF fundamentals and antenna design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with simulation software, such as ADS, CST, or similar tool will be added advantage
• Good in using RF test equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and CMW testers.
• Strong communication skills, good team spirit, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
