Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in automotive sales welcomed.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and attend promotional events when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new vehicles to prospective customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Prepare sales quotations, financing documentation, and sales agreements.
• Follow up promptly on sales leads, enquiries, and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance providers to facilitate vehicle purchases.
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Keep up to date with vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
