Job summary

You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable vehicles, present features, arrange viewings and test drives, and guide buyers through quotations and financing documentation. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls and online channels.
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present vehicle features, arrange viewings and conduct test drives.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Assist customers with financing applications, documentation and vehicle handover.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and work towards sales targets.
