Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a presales/networking specialist to design and present network solutions (LAN, WAN, WiFi) for client engagements. You will translate customer needs into technical designs, prepare proposals and BOQs, and collaborate with vendors to select appropriate products.

The role requires good communication and presentation skills, a diploma or degree in IT/networking, and the ability to travel as needed. Working hours are standard business hours with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Networking, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switching, routing, wireless).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to explain technical solutions in a simple and clear manner.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge for Microsoft offices software.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales support and design network solutions (LAN, WAN and WiFi).
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare system design, technical proposals, BOQ, and cost estimates.
• Review tender documents and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Present solutions and provide technical clarification to clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with vendors and principals on product selection and design.
• Support sales team on pricing and solution positioning.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and POC when required.
• Support project handover to delivery team after project award.
