Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Network Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot Lease Line/IPVPN and WiFi networks on customer sites. You will handle routers, switches, access points, and cabling, monitor links, and report connectivity issues.

With a Diploma or Degree in computer engineering or networking, you will work on-site, respond to incidents, and collaborate with vendors. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, CCNA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Networking, IT, or Telecommunications.
• Fundamental TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, subnetting, DHCP/DNS knowledge.
• CCNA certification or experience with Cisco/Aruba/Fortinet/MikroTik/Huawei is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site, hands-on, and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain & troubleshoot Lease Line/IPVPN and WiFi networks.
• Handle routers, switches, Access Points & cabling on-site.
• Monitor network links, report connectivity/latency issues.
• Coordinate with vendors & telco providers on faults/link outages.
• Prepare service reports & technical documentation.
