Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced technical solutions engineer to deliver client-focused network and security solutions, sign off on projects, and ensure client satisfaction.

You will provide in-depth support for LAN/WAN environments, coordinate with sales and project teams, contribute to technical roadmaps, and coach teammates as you learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification required.
• 2–5 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge in LAN, WAN, and security technologies.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortigate and Sophos solutions.
• Experience with Cisco routers and switches including Nexus VPC, VSS, FabricPath and ACL.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years working experience.

Possess Cisco cert (CCNA, CCNP) or other solutions professional certification.

Strong knowledge in installation, setup, troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, and security technology

In-depth expertise in the implementation, analysis, optimization, troubleshooting and documentation of LAN/WAN network infrastructure

Strong knowledge in setup & troubleshooting Cisco , Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Sophos solutions including switch, router, firewall, IP Phones, etc

Extensive exposure to Cisco routers and switches with Nexus VPC, VSS, fabric path & ACL
