Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Principal Consultant to drive solution architecture and technical leadership across Enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity. In this pre-sales role, you’ll translate complex requirements into robust architecture proposals and lead solution demonstrations for clients.

You will design end-to-end network and security solutions, author technical proposals, and manage POCs while engaging C-level and technical stakeholders with compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of proven success in technical pre-sales, solution architecture or senior systems engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security platforms.
• Certifications such as Cisco, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or AWS are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and pre-sales leadership for enterprise networking and cybersecurity.
• Develop technical proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and architecture diagrams.
• Deliver high-impact technical presentations and solution workshops to stakeholders.
• Oversee hands-on POC management and pilot implementations.
• Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and emerging cybersecurity trends.
