Job summary

MSP Systems is a reputable System Integrator specializing in network infrastructure consulting, delivery and support services, located in Bangi Institution Centre near Putrajaya Gate 1. We seek a security-focused engineer to deploy, support and maintain network security solutions and to contribute to 24/7 technical support for clients.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of McAfee/Trellix ecosystem and Trend Micro, and be capable of handling

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related technology.
• MUST have experience in Security product & solution from McAfee/Trellix ecosystem (EPO, TIE, GTI & ATD Sandbox), TrendMicro
• Having knowledge of Server and Endpoint related installation & troubleshooting (Windows/Linux) including troubleshooting of basic networking related issues is a plus.
• Must possess a driving license and own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
• Independent in problem solving/analysis and able to work under pressure.
• Able to start immediately

• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues
• Provide customer support through on-site installation and overseeing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service and repair
• Participate in a 24/7-365 days/year technical support structure for critical problems and advisory service
• Participate in system integration and user acceptance tests and compile customer configuration profile documentation
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior or Customer
• Based in Bangi Institution Centre, near Putrajaya Gate 1.
