Job summary

SNS Network is seeking a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer in Selangor, Malaysia. You will monitor network performance, servers, and applications, ensure SLA delivery, and respond to alerts in a timely manner.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field, familiarity with NOC procedures, and CCNA/CCNP would be a plus. We offer ESOS, KPI rewards, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, medical claims, and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiar with NOC procedures and escalation procedures.
• Knowledge of network and systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, servers, and applications.
• Provide SLA weekly, monthly or as required by customers and management.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network and system issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up on resolutions.
• Perform routine network maintenance, system updates, and configuration changes.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and network performance trends.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance.
• Assist in deployment and maintenance support for clients and internal teams as required.
• Ensure compliance with network security policies and best practices.
