This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer based in Petaling Jaya. The NOC Engineer will monitor network performance and availability, respond to alerts, and proactively identify issues affecting connectivity and service quality. The role involves performing first- and second-level troubleshooting, escalating complex incidents, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and field engineers to resolve problems within defined service levels. The engineer will manage routine network administration tasks, apply standard operating procedures, and maintain accurate incident, change, and configuration records. Additional responsibilities include supporting network security controls, assisting with planned maintenance and upgrades, generating operational reports, and contributing to process improvements for greater reliability and efficiency.
