AGOS Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a NetSuite Technical Support Executive to provide both functional and technical support for NetSuite ERP users in Kuala Lumpur. You will troubleshoot, support integrations, handle upgrades, and maintain documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to manage stakeholders and end users effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules: Financials, AR/AP, Inventory, Order Management.
• Experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and web services.
• Familiarity with NetSuite integrations and data migration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Provide L1/L2 technical and functional support for NetSuite ERP users.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues related to finance, CRM, inventory, procurement, and order management.
• Analyze system errors, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
• Support NetSuite customizations including SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
• Assist with NetSuite integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations.
• Handle support tickets, track SLAs, and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and NetSuite partners for complex issues.
• Assist in NetSuite upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Train end users and provide guidance on NetSuite best practices.
