Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of cloud ERP experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Proven ERP implementation and deployment experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including customization and integration.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and data migration.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Engineer with expertise in Oracle NetSuite to lead the deployment, customization, and ongoing support of our ERP systems, as well as AI-driven transformation across the finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations, from discovery and configuration through testing and go-live.
• Configure Oracle NetSuite modules to align with company-specific business processes and workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system specifications.
• Provide technical support during and after ERP implementation to ensure a smooth transition and system stability.
• Maintain data integrity throughout system migrations and ensure the successful transfer of business-critical data.
• Monitor post-implementation system performance and make necessary adjustments or improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Document all implementation processes, customizations, and configurations, and provide detailed reports and user manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud ERP systems, with solid hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and deployment, specifically with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite modules, including customization and integration within business processes.
• Experience with database management, SQL, and data migration processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, or NetSuite Administrator certification is a strong plus.
