Job summary

Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) Malaysia seeks a motivated Key Account Executive to assist the Key Account Manager in managing a set of national level key-account customers. You will support sales targets, help implement strategies, and coordinate with KAMs to strengthen buyer relationships.

The role involves customer business planning, promotion planning, market visits, and administrative tasks such as order tracking and pricing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Nice to Have)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Department/Modern Trade
• FMCG dynamics knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Experience in managing modern trade accounts such as Econsave, NSK or similar retailers will be considered an advantage
• Candidates with proven experience in managing buyer relationships with Econsave will be given strong preference

Responsibilities

• Customer Business Planning: Support KAM in CBP with market or outlets insight, sales reporting, and other operation information
• Promotion Planning & Execution: Audit key monthly activities and POSM/premium per guideline based on JUMP merchandiser photo/report
• Business Review & Market Visit: Conduct regular market visits to store level and gather feedback on rapport, perfect store execution, OSA, stock aging and competitor information
• Administrative: Provide order tracking, payment requests, customer claim validation, stock return (EBPS), pricing maintenance & credit note submission to customers
