Qualifications

• 10+ years in fintech/payments/eCommerce, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or leadership training valued
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional SEA languages a strong plus
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills; adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Deep knowledge of Malaysia's financial ecosystem, regulatory framework, and digital payments landscape

Responsibilities

• 1.Craft and execute localized roadmaps aligned with Ksher's regional vision, driving market-specific growth strategies.
• 2.Own end-to-end business operations—sales, marketing, compliance, finance, and administration—ensuring seamless execution and consistent KPI achievement.
• 3.Identify and penetrate new markets and strategic partnerships, unlocking high-value opportunities that strengthen Ksher's position as a leading digital-payments provider.
• 4.Build and nurture robust relationships with regulators and financial institutions to safeguard compliance and ensure long-term sustainability.
• 5.Attract, mentor, and inspire top local talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• 6.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Malaysia office, covering facilities management, procurement, administrative support, and cross-team coordination, ensuring an efficient and well-run office environment.

Requirements

• 1.10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, eCommerce, or financial services—with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles; cross-border or overseas experience is a plus.
• 2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent leadership training is highly valued.
• 3. Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a strong plus.
• 4. Strategic thinker and bold decision-maker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• 5.Deep knowledge of Malaysia's financial ecosystem, regulatory framework, and digital payments landscape.
