Qualifications

• 10+ years in fintech/payments/eCommerce, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or leadership training valued
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional SEA languages a strong plus
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills; adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Deep knowledge of Malaysia's financial ecosystem, regulatory framework, and digital payments landscape

• Craft and execute localized roadmaps aligned with Ksher's regional vision
• Own end-to-end business operations—sales, marketing, compliance, finance, and administration
• Identify and penetrate new markets and strategic partnerships to unlock high-value opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with regulators and financial institutions to safeguard compliance
• Attract, mentor, and inspire top local talent, fostering innovation and accountability
• Oversee day-to-day Malaysia office operations, facilities management, procurement, and cross-team coordination
