Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Competency in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work with understanding of safety protocols and building codes
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC basics, electrical circuits and plumbing systems
• Certificate in Building Maintenance or related field
• First aid and safety training including working at heights

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance across the 90K SF facility including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Inspect spaces and identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on lighting, doors, furniture, and equipment.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance under vendor supervision.
• Set up and reconfigure office furniture and spaces for relocations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with contractors.
• Document work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• Prepare weekly activity reports for the Assistant Facilities Manager.
