Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician in Selangor, Malaysia to oversee HV/LV infrastructure maintenance and coordinate service providers. You will monitor work orders, help validate invoices, and support project management with reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities include creating maintenance schedules, coordinating PTW processes, and assisting with space planning and AutoCAD floor layouts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Chargeman Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Registered Electrical Worker or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete service requests and coordinate maintenance work on HV/LV infrastructure.
• Monitor and validate invoices and service provider performance.
• Create weekly/incidents reports for project management review.
• Assist Facilities Manager with budgeting, space planning and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and maintain safe working environment.
