Job summary

Modern Material Enterprises in Penang seeks a Sales Executive with strong communication and interpersonal skills to promote and sell our plastic packaging products. Fresh graduates are welcome; 2 years in manufacturing is a plus.

You will identify new business opportunities, service existing clients, coordinate with customers on problem solving, monitor credit terms, and liaise with production to fulfill orders. Regular reports are expected.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Education level: SPM graduate or above.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge in plastic packaging will be an advantage.
Language skills include English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

To promote and sell company products to the customers.
To identify and acquire new business opportunities and to service existing business clients
To liaise and coordinate with customers on problem solving. Regular visit to existing and potential customers; building and maintaining good rapport with customers.
To keep track of customer’s approved credit limit and credit term. Monitor, follow up and collect payment from customers on timely manner.
To liaise with production team on customer’s order.
To produce and compile relevant sales reports.
To assist on any ad-hoc task assigned by manager.
To write daily or weekly reports
Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time
