Behn Meyer Specialties (M) PLT is seeking a Sales Executive for the Plastics Division in Sungai Nibong, Penang. This full-time role focuses on driving plastics market growth, managing key accounts and expanding the customer base.

You will identify opportunities, quote effectively, and collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years plastics sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and are comfortable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant plastics sales experience preferred.
• Experience with plastics raw materials, additives or polymers is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and target-driven.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate with MS Office; valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities for the plastics industry in the assigned territory.
• Manage daily sales activities including inquiries, quotations, orders, complaints and returns.
• Proactively follow up with customers to develop new business and meet targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and expand the customer base.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts for inventory planning and operations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain for smooth order fulfilment.
• Provide monthly sales and market reports to Management.
• Attend customer visits, meetings and events as required.
