Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with customers and suppliers for smooth coordination and timely information sharing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand production plans, demand forecasts, and operational requirements.
• Work with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules; manage RFQs and quotations.
• Identify, monitor, and escalate critical issues to management; resolve delivery delays and supply shortages.
• Prepare and present weekly sales reports; maintain accurate customer and sales information in the data system; support daily order processing and delivery.
• Monitor payment status and liaise on schedules; escalate delayed payments when necessary.
