Job summary

TRINOTECH ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Admin Coordinator in Malaysia, located near Sri D'Sara MRT. The role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining customer records, generating reports, and handling inquiries to ensure smooth sales operations.

You will coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Project, Production and Finance to resolve issues and ensure timely execution of activities.

Qualifications

Min 1 year of experience in sales or sales coordination or a related field.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Proficient in Chinese, BM, and English – both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of project management principles would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as maintaining customer records, generating reports, and responding to customer inquiries
Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Purchasing, Project, Production and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and efficient resolution of issues.
Prepare and issue accurate invoices and delivery orders (DO).
Develop and maintain organized filing systems and sales records
