Qualifications

• Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is compulsory.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required; German is an advantage.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused and possesses theoretical/practical IT knowledge.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and standard applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT incidents and Service Requests from Infineon users.
• Manage contacts through calls, chats, and web tickets.
• Be responsible for IT Information news content.
• Accountable for support tooling content.
• Participate in improvement initiatives with 2nd level IT.
• Perform additional tasks as advised by management.
