SNF ONLINE is seeking an E-commerce Executive (Admin/Customer Service) to support online sales and customer care. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with a diploma or bachelor’s degree and prior e‑commerce experience.

You will handle inquiries, calls and emails, provide online support and problem solving. Fresh graduates are invited to apply. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are essential to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
