The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and demonstrates strong Excel skills, structured thinking, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required
• Prior experience in e-commerce environment
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets
• Highly structured and organized thinking
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple task in fast paced environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Handled customer inquiries about the product
• Handled phone calls, emails and provide information
• Provide customer support and problem solving through an online platform
• Advantages for those who familiar with return refund case
• Can work under minimal supervision
• Able to do technical support to resolve product's problem
• Able to do multitasking task or adhoc task
