Job summary

Mars Mobile Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone, and to support sales and order processing in a busy retail/distribution setting.

You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Delivery to resolve issues, prepare quotes and documents, and maintain records. The role requires 1–2 years in related fields, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

1–2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Administration, or related field.
Experience handling customer enquiries, complaints, WhatsApp, email, and telephone calls preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Handle and respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and telephone calls promptly and professionally.
Attend to enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, delivery, warranty, returns and related matters.
Follow up on pending enquiries, orders, complaints, and service requests to ensure resolution.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to relevant departments when needed.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
