Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Customer Service Executive (Voice, Email, Live Chat) to support Shopee.

This full-time role asks for strong Malay and English, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inquiries across channels, document in CRM, and meet KPI targets. Working in-office in Sungai Petani with rotational shifts, basic RM2000 salary plus up to RM250 KPI, EPF/Socso, maternity leave, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma/Degree is an added advantage.
• Strong command of Malay & English (both spoken and written).
• Customer service, call centre, or BPO experience is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries professionally via voice calls, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, refunds, account-related enquiries, and product information.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to company policies and service standards.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
• Meet individual and team KPIs, including quality, productivity, CSAT, and attendance.
• Stay updated on Shopee products, services, promotions, and internal processes.
