Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Sungai Petani, Kedah is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support Shopee across voice, email and live chat.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering courteous service and accurate information while meeting performance KPIs. The role requires Malay and English proficiency, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma/degree is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Malay and English (spoken and written).
• Customer service, call centre, or BPO experience is an advantage; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via voice calls, email, and live chat.
• Assist with order status, delivery updates, returns, refunds, accounts, and product information.
• Resolve customer concerns per company policies and service standards.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with timely solutions.
• Meet KPIs for quality, productivity, CSAT, and attendance.
• Stay updated on Shopee products and processes.
