Job summary

Feast Dining Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an accounting professional to manage day-to-day AP/AR, reconcile sales and cash, and support monthly closings across multiple outlets. The role includes GL/bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and preparation of P&L and management reports.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in F&B accounting and proficiency in AutoCount Cloud, Google Sheets, and Excel are preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience desired.
• Experience with multi-outlet accounting and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of AutoCount Cloud is an advantage.
• Own transport required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily AP/AR, record sales, petty cash and supplier invoices.
• Record and reconcile cash/ POS/ third-party settlements; prepare journals.
• Assist monthly closing, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly P&L and management reports for outlets.
• Support compliance, SST/WHT/VAT filings and audits.
• Manage payroll processing for all outlets and HQ staff.
