Job summary

Jaya Grocer is driving new online initiatives and needs an experienced e‑commerce operations lead. You will manage setup, launch and daily execution across multiple platforms, ensuring synchronized inventory and flawless fulfillment.

You’ll bridge Content, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance with external partners to maintain accurate listings and timely store payouts, travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or digital project management.
• Experience managing multiple e-commerce channels (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon).
• Ability to collaborate across departments and travel for deployment if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and rollout of new projects across multiple e‑commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Ensure inventory alignment and accurate product listings across channels.
• Oversee order fulfillment, returns handling, and customer experience.
• Draft and enforce SOPs; resolve cross‑departmental operational issues.
