Job summary

MOVA is seeking an E-commerce Business Operations Specialist/Supervisor to drive end-to-end operations for its cashback and e-commerce business in Malaysia. You will collaborate with local merchants, platforms, KOLs/KOC, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and growth.

The role covers merchant/channel operations, localised marketing campaigns, user and affiliate management, traffic, data analysis, and compliance monitoring, with a strong focus on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok

Qualifications

• Experience in Malaysia e-commerce, cashback, or affiliate operations.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop Malaysia.
• Ability to manage promotions, events and affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations of MOVA cashback and e-commerce in Malaysia.
• Manage merchant and affiliate channels and relationships.
• Plan and execute localised marketing campaigns for major festivals.
• Oversee C-end user and affiliate system operations and training.
• Audit traffic and content on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Analyze core metrics and ensure compliance with Malaysia rules.
