Selkirk Sport is seeking an E-Commerce Catalog Operations Associate to manage daily listings and promotions across Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada. You will ensure accuracy, schedule promos, and resolve catalog issues under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing product listings and promotional tools within ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or Walmart)
• Hands-on experience submitting and managing digital coupons, platform deals, and promotional campaigns
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing catalog data, bulk uploads, dataset cleaning, and light analysis
• Exceptional focus on detail, data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to platform policies
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to coordinate across creative, marketing, and operations teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage support tickets, resolve listing errors independently, and adapt to marketplace updates

Responsibilities

• Execute daily listing maintenance and update tasks across Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada; standardize product titles, descriptions, attributes, assets, variation structures, and pricing updates
• Assist in resolving listing health issues by opening, tracking, and following up on basic marketplace support tickets to clear suppressions and content flags
• Schedule and program approved coupons, discounts, and promotional offers within platform tools according to the master promotional calendar
• Audit live promotional deals across platforms and report pricing, stock, or eligibility discrepancies to senior management
• Conduct routine data hygiene sweeps to flag missing, inaccurate, or outdated product specifications
• Identify and report cross-channel data discrepancies between Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada and implement requested adjustments
• Support catalog optimization by completing assigned updates to keep listings compliant and up to date with platform rules
