Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries by phone, chat and email from Petaling Jaya. You will log customer interactions in our system and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure satisfaction.

Join a team that meets regularly to discuss performance, participate in one-on-one coaching with your manager, and benefit from training provided. A degree or diploma and fluent English are required, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, PH and weekend.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries over the phone, chat, and/or email.
• Log customer interactions in our system for proper documentation.
• Follow-up with customers as appropriate
• Participate in team meetings and strategize on team performance improvement.
• Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with direct manager to strategize on individual performance improvement.
