Job summary

AIA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable professional to manage agency movement processing within our Distribution Movement team. You will handle regulatory compliance, policy assignments, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

You will also reconcile agency movement records monthly, maintain robust data documentation, develop or refine SOPs, and liaise with agencies and stakeholders to resolve inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• 2 years of related experience in distribution movement knowledge and handling; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem solver with an analytical mind.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all the agency movement transactions are processed as per regulatory and AIA requirements.
• Ensure all the policy assignments are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of agency movement records between LIAM/MTA/PIAM and AIA records.
• Maintain effective data management practice to ensure accurate records and proper documentation are kept up to date and retrievable.
• Continue reviewing existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or establish new SOPs for new processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Liaise effectively with relevant parties to resolve all enquiries from agency and stakeholders within timeline.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
