TME MOTORSPORTS SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Administration and Credit Control Executive to support end‑to‑end motorcycle sales, financing, and documentation.

You will liaise with customers, banks and internal teams to ensure accurate records, timely billing and smooth registration processes. Working hours are standard, and a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field plus 1 year in a similar role is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Credit Control, Financing or Automotive dealership operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with dealership management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily sales administration, financing and credit control.
• Liaise with banks and financing companies on loan approvals and disbursements.
• Handle sales documentation, invoicing, registration and insurance matters.
• Monitor payment collections and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and filing systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily transactions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior and Management.
