Job summary

Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales Representative to manage showroom operations, greet walk-in customers, promote current packages, and handle both hire purchase and cash sales with proper documentation. The role requires coordinating with admin and finance for payments, stock checks, and pre-delivery tasks.

You will also post promotions on social media, collect customer contact details, and support daily cash handling and administrative tasks at the branch in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the roller shutter door daily.
• Monitor cleanliness of branch and display bikes.
• Arrange bikes display by brand and model.
• Provide good customer service for walk-in customers.
• Promote latest promotions and meet customer needs.
• For HP loans: collect documents, collect minimum deposit, issue booking receipt, enter customer data in CAD system, and coordinate with Finance to collect down payment.
• For cash sales: collect documents and deposit/full payment, pass to admin for registration and issue invoice, ensure CHJ Customer Profile form is completed.
• Before discharge: check engine chassis number, fuel, prepare plates, arrange Pre-Delivery Inspection with workshop, ensure all documents signed.
• Post relevant advertisements on social media to attract customers.
• Collect contact numbers for follow-up from potential customers.
• Bank daily cash into company account.
• Daily follow-up when sales targets are not met.
