Job summary

Chin Hin (Jitra) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a sales representative to welcome walk-in customers, promote motorcycle packages, and assist with loan applications and down payments.

You will manage daily cash deposits, prepare documents for registrations, and ensure accurate stock display and order fulfillment. The role requires active promotion of promotions and strong customer service.

This position offers monthly pay starting from RM1,700 and opportunities to grow with the CHJ team.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the roller shutter door daily
• Monitor cleanliness of branch and display bikes
• Arrange display bikes according to brand and model
• Attend and provide good customer service for every walk in customer
• Promote latest promotion package and meet customer needs
• Collect documents for HP loan applications and deposit; input customer data into CAD system; coordinate with Finance for loan approval and down payment
• Handle cash deposits and daily cash submission to company account
• Complete daily follow-up on sales targets if not achieved
• Attend and support outdoor events when required
• Distribute promotion flyers
• Replace other sales reps when on leave at other branches
• Inform supervisor when on medical leave or applying for leave
• For cash purchases, collect documents and deposit/full payment and pass to admin for registration and invoicing
• Ensure customer fills CHJ Customer Profile form
• Before discharge, check engine chassis number, fuel, plate number, and arrange for PDI with workshop
• Keep branch catalog neat and up to date
• Follow up with customers about loan/stock status
• Order basic needs (plates, board, etc.) and achieve monthly and quarterly hire purchase targets
• Others tasks as required by the supervisor
