Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
• Bahasa Malaysia communication; English is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find the right motorcycle, riding gear and accessories to suit their needs.
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently recommend motorcycles, riding gear and accessories.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment.
• Maximise sales opportunities by upselling helmets, riding gear and accessories whenever appropriate.
• Build long-term customer relationships through post-delivery follow-ups, greetings and customer engagement activities.
• Support showroom operations and perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
