Job summary

TME Motorsports Sdn Bhd is a Yamaha motorcycle dealer in Malaysia seeking a dynamic salesperson to drive bike sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with walk-in and online inquiries, demonstrate motorcycles, and guide customers through the entire buying journey.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends. Prior motorcycle or retail sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and passionate about motorcycles and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers, online enquiries and social media leads.
• Showcase Yamaha motorcycles, product features and promotions to help customers find their ideal ride.
• Guide customers through the sales journey from product selection and test rides to financing and delivery.
• Handle sales transactions, documentation, and registration processes accurately.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Support motorcycle sales campaigns and contribute to branch sales performance.
