Job summary

Ideal Vision Integration Sdn Bhd is seeking an engineer to design and implement motion control and user interfaces for automated vision inspection systems. You will develop reusable C# code for system integration and collaborate with mechanical, vision software, electrical and operations teams to drive projects from design to completion.

The role requires a degree in engineering, strong programming in C++/C#, and knowledge of PLC, machine vision or motion control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in C++ or C# is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, machine vision, image processing or motion control.
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Independent, proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Chinese language proficiency preferred to liaise with customers.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and debug motion control and user interface for automated vision inspection systems.
• Design reusable code in C# for motion control and system integration.
• Study and provide solutions for customers on design feasibility and quality/timeliness.
• Collaborate with mechanical, vision software, electrical, and operation teams through project stages.
• Provide onsite system setup, troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Provide documentation to record module checklists and explain new features to customers.
