Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service within financial services, preferably with mortgage exposure.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to understand mortgage needs and financial objectives.
• Advise on mortgage products, home loans, refinancing options, and related services.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from inquiry to disbursement.
• Prepare and process mortgage applications in line with bank policies and regulations.
• Conduct financial assessments including income verification and credit checks.
• Develop a strong pipeline of mortgage leads via networking and campaigns.
• Cross-sell other RHB Bank products where appropriate.
• Address client inquiries and provide ongoing mortgage support.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and ethics.
