Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending or financial advisory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage potential clients seeking mortgage financing and financial solutions.
• Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to understand client circumstances, goals and borrowing requirements.
• Present and recommend suitable mortgage products and financial services tailored to individual client needs.
• Prepare loan applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, answering queries and addressing concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain a strong client database, fostering long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
• Stay informed of current mortgage products, interest rates, policies and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, processing and management to ensure smooth client transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and brand reputation.
