Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Mortgage Credit Analyst to evaluate and approve mortgage applications, assess applicants’ financial status and risk, and ensure timely processing. You will review documents, detect fraud indicators, and work to strengthen lending decisions within policy.

Qualifications

Malaysian Citizen
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies or equivalent

Responsibilities

To perform credit evaluation, recommendations and approval for Mortgage applications
To evaluate and recommend loans forapproval beyond their discretionarypower
To evaluate applicant's financial status, credit worthiness and riskbefore providing credit terms
To ensure mortgage applications are processedwithin internal turnaroundtime
To detect fraudulentapplication, tampered/ suspicious documents and ensure timely fraud escalation to the Fraud Management Unit.
