Job summary

Amphenol TCS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a process engineer in Penang to stabilize and optimize production processes, improve yields, and develop control procedures. You will collaborate with line technicians and QA, analyze yield data, and support training material preparation.

Responsibilities

Follow up and establish new standards for process stabilization and optimization (procedure, control plan, SOP, FMEA, WI, form).
Repalletized process control.
Responsible for process yield improvement.
Compile and analyze yield reports.
Monitor production waste/scrap daily and generate weekly reports.
Troubleshoot with line technicians and provide problem solving (fine-tune problems and develop solutions).
Respond to internal and external audits, and follow up actions until closure.
Assist in establishing production process control procedures.
Assist in optimizing production/process running.
Work with QA on product quality matters (customer feedback).
Support internal training and training manual preparation (WI and OPL).
